Prices increase with demand and the nearer to the departure date you book, the higher the price is likely to be, especially during peak periods. Pre-booking guarantees your space at the best price even during peak periods.

The gate price is the price you would pay if you did not pre-book, the price you will pay at the entrance (the gates) to the car parks. In most cases the gate prices are significantly higher than the pre-booking rates. Additionally, many airport car parks operate with limited capacity and may be on stop-sale during busy periods, meaning no spaces will be available on arrival.
Providing you can supply an email address in which we can send you the relevant documentation you can book at short notice (subject to availability). To see which options are available, simply enter your arrival date / time and return date / time into the search bar and the available car parks will be displayed.
Some car parks do accept bookings at short notice, eg. some car parks will not accept same day bookings or will have a cut off a few hours before arrival.

Directions to the car park and airport are provided on your parking voucher, which will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. The voucher is also sent to the email address you supplied when making the booking. If you have not received your voucher or cannot locate it, click here to request a copy.

If possible, we recommend contacting us to notify us of any changes of the day/time of arrival, so we can advise the car parking supplier, arrange for any applicable additional charges and issue an updated voucher with the revised details. This is especially important if you booked a Meet and Greet service.

In most cases, you'll be asked to leave your keys with the car park staff. This is standard practice for Meet and Greet and many Park and Ride services, as it allows providers to safely move vehicles if needed for space management.
Some Meet and Greet providers include the access or short stay fees in the price, while others do not. In some cases, the fee may be covered for arrival but not for return.

At the end of the booking process, you will be given a booking reference number and prompted to view / print your car parking voucher. You also will receive the voucher to the email address you provided during the booking process.

Yes, but you will need to make separate bookings for each vehicle. If you are making reservations for a larger group of vehicles (more than two) then please call our office and we may be able to offer a special rate.
Most Park and Ride car parks can accommodate disabled passengers, the majority offering help with baggage etc, and offering wider parking spaces. However, we are not able to pre-book these spaces. You will need to contact the car parks directly for this. We would recommend the convenience of Meet and Greet parking for customers with mobility issues.
One day is calculated as a whole day, irrespective of departure or arrival times. For example, a stay at the car park from Saturday to Saturday is calculated as 8 whole days and so therefore two weeks is calculated as 15 days.
You can stay for less than the minimum number of days at each car park, but you would have to pay the charge for the minimum stay.

Cancellations must be made in writing, via our contact form and will take effect from the date received by Park and Go. All cancellations and amendments must be made directly through Park and Go Services, not via the car park providers. No cancellations will be accepted verbally, please see our terms and conditions for the relevant cancellation policy and cancellation fees.
