The initial meet went fine, however, on our return we had to make 3 phone calls to retrieve our vehicle and when, at the last attempt, we were told that "there were a number of customers all on the sane flight".From making the initial call our car was finaly retuned to us nearly one hour later, this is not quite what I expected after a 3 hour flight and long delays in the baggage hall.

Brilliant service from friendly staff. My only comment would be for better sign posting. There are several valet parking company's operating from that car park and it's not obvious where you need to go. Without a sign, it felt a little dodgy just handing my keys over to a "guy in a jacket" in the corner of the car park. Other than this the service was first class.

Having two young children 5&2, it was fantastic to be able to unload the car & enter the airport with no hassle of parking or bus trips etc as in other years. On our return a quick phone call as we were collecting our baggage & we literally met the car as we were crossing the car park. A 5* service from friendly, effiecent & well turned out staff. We would have no difficulty in either recommending your servives or booking again. Many thanks.

We rang when we were about 20 mins from the airport and were met as we arrived in the car park. When we cleared customs on our return, we were told they would meet us in the car park in two minutes. They arrived about 30 secs after we got to the meeting point. It couldn't have been better.

Exemplary service - I was stuck in the travel mire with the volcanic eruption in Iceland. Park and Go were extremely helpful - kept the car for one extra day at no extra expense and the operator was on standby for collection from a deserted airport. Well done and thank you for making the last leg of my journey home so painless. Jane Newman
