I have never really liked parking at Birmingham Airport, the drop off parking was a pain, long stay grotty so we gave this a try - very pleased to say the service was super efficient with clear instructions and good timing- the upgrades in BHX car parks meant a slightly longer walk to the terminal but that wasn't within the services control. Overall good experience.

We use Park And Go all the time and are never disappointed. Even though our baggage was delayed this time by an hour, the car was still delivered ten minutes after we called. Great service, easy instructions and good value. Many thanks.

Always on time and courteous, my only gripe is that the drivers foot well always comes back covered in mud which should be easy for them to fix. I will continue to use them as the price and service are both very good, just be a little more diligent with the cleanliness.

Everything good as usual until we came to pick up car. The details specifically stated that although our flight landed on the 10th June we would be picking the car up at 10 on the 11th as we had an overnight stop booked. When i rang to day I was ready I was told that I had caused an inconvenience as they thought my flight landed that evening!
