Disappointing service. Man on reception was rude & unhelpful and I waited over 25 minutes for the bus to arrive to take me to the airport. On a more positive note, much better service on the return. I will not be using this car park again.

Perfect service / facilities. Terrible directions due to no signposts on any roads for the actual car park.

Unfortunately we could not find the car park at 6am in the dark! Having entered the post code in out satnav we arrived at destination down a narrow country lane - no sign of car park or adjoining mushroom farm. Due to time limitations we had to go straight to the airport and park in long stay -paying twice!! Shame as I have used park & go at various airports before had would have given a 5 rating previously. Next time we may book Meet & Greet!!!

this is the first time we have used this service.Travelling from the south it was ideal,mini bus service was quick,within 5 mins. in either direction.definitely use them again.Do not forget to read the last line on directions,ie mushroom factory or you will miss it

prompt and swift service, the mini bus both ways was well driven, although the bus was a bit past it's best! Would certainly use again.
