Very quick efficient service. Biggest problem was finding it. Directions excellent until 50yds away. No sign actually on road you have to turn in to driveway of the mushroom farm. no name on this road either. Arrived back late at night, carpark could have done with more lighting, trying to find car was a bit tricky. could also do with better lane markings for exit especially in the dark otherwise good value for what was paid

The reception was excellent, with the lanes to put our car. Trip to the airport was quick and easy. Great to have the car ready to drive away at the end of the stay. Perhaps a bit better telephone system for pick-up; there was a couple who could only get voice-mail and so missed the pick-up van

We chose to book with WCP car park as it had good reviews and I thought it was a reasonable price. I will never use WCP again. The directions given on the booking ticket took us through Bristol which meant that the journey from Cheltenham to the car park took around 1 and 3/4 hours, when it should have taken about 45 minutes. On arrival, we completely missed the turn off as the sign we were looking out for was completely in the dark at 5am. It was by pure chance that my passenger saw the 'M' for Monaghan's Mushroom farm otherwise we would have missed it completely. When we did arrive, there was a bus waiting which we were not allowed on as it was full. We then waited at least another 30 minutes for the next bus. This meant that we missed the bag drop off for our flight and had to book and pay for another flight, the only other option was to miss our holiday completely. Given that we left Cheltenham for Bristol 3 hours prior to the flight and there was no traffic between 3.30-4.45am, this was unacceptable. On return from holiday, we called WCP as instructed, and were told the bus would be there to pick us up in 10 minutes. The bus arrived but other customers charged so again we were refused entry. The driver made no attempt to enforce any queue. 30 minutes later we called WCP to enquire where the next bus was and were told 'any second'. There was no apology and the lady on the phone hung up. We waited a total of 40 minutes for a return bus. Another point is that aside from the one bus driver who drove us on our outward journey, there was no friendly customer service. The lady at the desk was bordering on rude to all customers and there were no apologies for any delays. I would not use WCP again.

Really quick and easy to use. Used in June and September and both times minibus was ready for drop off and collection. Good value.

Parking signs were not visible at the roadside. Upon my return to the car park, the "manager", as he called himself, was impatient, rude, argumentative and had no idea of the concept of customer service. He hung up on me when I called from the airport and even expected me to thank him when he handed the keys back. A record of the mileage, as indicated on my Park & Go email, didn't happen.

Excellent service, very fast pick up from airport, very friendly and helpful people. Only found a bit hard to find this car park driving there first time in night, as there's no sign directing to it anywhere (couldn't see one anyway). I will certainly use it next time.

The carpark was in Monaghues Mushroom Farm. It is a good 12-15 mins from the airport and difficult to find in the dark or dusk as it was when we arrived. The journey to the airport was in a dirty and very old minibus which nearly didnt make it up the hills. The people operating the service were helpful and pleasant though.
