Shambles. Didn't encourage me very much when the receptionist assured me they'd gotten rid of all the 'bad drivers'. Pick up from the airport took 50 minutes - somehow they'd forgotten I was due back so it meant all us us had to wait in the cold until 11 o'clock at night. Unprofessional.

Very efficient parking etc. However the return journey from the airport was pretty shocking! The driver drove far too fast with a packed bus including my 5yr old daughter. If he had hit the kerb we would have had a serious, potentially fatal accident. This will make us reconsider using them again. We had a different driver last time & he was on the fast side but ok. Also the van could do with some serious repair with the door falling off!

Very good in all aspects. The staff were polite and my pickup on arrival was prompt. I did have trouble finding the site at first. Perhaps a sign could be put on the roadside itself for future users? I will certainly use you again. Anita.

Friendly people, easy to leave car, even easier to collect. Very nice man collected us - took minutes to arrive. Really happy with every aspect of the experience. Would definitely recommend to all.
