Diamond Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

The Meet & Greet service was very good but I am not able to make a comparison with others. The Bristol Airport drop off zone at midnight was a shambles; overcrowded, poorly lit, lack of advance notices directing to queues for cash or card machines at the exit lines, cars stuck at the gates with machines that were very slow and confusing. I queued for over ten minutes to exit.

Perfect service. Attendant was at the car before we had unloaded everything and went through the booking details to confirm our return. On arrival back to the airport we called once our luggage had come through and the car was back to us within a couple of minutes. Would highly recommend and certainly use again.

Prompt collection on arrival. Slight delay on return but understandable as our group of 12 had 3 cars booked at same time. Will recommend.

Very easy and staff were courteous and helpful, even when collecting car at 4am! Even easier collection and very prompt, despite the delay in getting off the plane. Excellent 👍
