Excellent as always at Oakwood. Easy check in and collection. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes at airport for pick up. Only losing 1 point as I think there should be an entry and a separate exit. Also a clearer sign before you actually reach Oakwood.

When your flight is due to return at 1.45 in the morning, it’s important that you can rely on someone being there to take you to your car. Within a few minutes at the pick up point the driver was there. Such a good service to and from the airport.

Great service. Flight to Bristol was cancelled. Had to come back via LHR. Very late back. No extra charge. Brilliant.

Process was very easy, parked car easy handed keys in easy the woman in reception gave me a number to ring if bus wasn’t there in arrival had our transfer with no stress or worry. On arrival rang number and mini bus was there within 10 minutes. The only negative the colour of my car mats after getting into the car as the car is kept on a muddy stone ground during the duration of your trip.
