These good people were absolutely brilliant: they were there on our arrival to collect the car, and were there five minutes after we cleared customs to bring it back. They’d even given the car a quick hose down to clear off a week’s dust. Would recommend 100%, and will definitely use again!

We arrived back in Bristol at 15.15 on the 14th April. The baggage took some time to come out, but as per the instructions I rang VIP as we were in our way out having been reunited with our luggage. This was at about 16.05. I was informed it was busy and I was fourth in the queue. That I would be called once a driver was available. Over an hour later I received a call and the car finally arrived at the drop and go area at about 17.15. Everyone was very polite and apologised but this was not ideal and not worth the money.

Great service. Although the voucher says call "at least" 20 munites before arrival on departure they really mean call when you are 20 minutes away which makes sense. They collected the car promply on departure and on our return the car was in the car park by the time we had walked there after calling them from passport control. No hassles. No delays. I won't be using anyone else in future!

Good service however, red mud being brought into my car with dirty feet and hands on my mats and door handle. Front left wheel is caked in this mud also. Looks like my car was parked in a muddy area for this to have happened.

Arrival was great - met on time Departure was a nightmare - waited over 1/2 hour in the cold. When the car arrived the mat and driving area was caked in clay like soil. The car was also dirty and will need to be valeted to sort it out. Really disappointing.

The agent was attune for us when we arrived & was there within five minutes of ringing on our return. The only downside was my cream carpets on my £70K car were very muddy on our return so could I suggest you put in a paper mat to avoid this. Regards, Mr John Aston Parker.
