Everything was fine except I had never been met another company on my return and taken to another place to pick up the car. As a woman travelling on her own this was disconcerting. I didn't know where I was going or how to exit that car park. I had expected to be met by the waggon and horses. I also had to wait 20 minutes to be picked up at 12:30 at night!

1st class service, why wait 10 -15 mins for a bus or walk miles to find you car. We were dropped and picked up virtually at the door and less than 5 mins later in the car on the way home. Can't recommend Wagons and Horse highly enough, my only choice when flying from Bristol airport.
