We found the service at Waggon and Horse very good. The wait for pick up was a little slower, but this was due to the volume of holiday makers going off from Bristol airport. A very good service. Thank you.

I have used it before and never had an issue (would give it a 5) however when I dropped my keys off and asked a question about a future booking I had made online the guy on the desk (short late 50s very slim tattoo on arm) was so rude I have never came across such a grumpy man and poor customer service. Very disappointed and annoyed as I am a regular customer who has already made two future bookings before this. I will reconsider if I ever come across him again everyone else I have ever dealt with are usually lovely! The man who took me down to the airport and left the grumpy one on the desk was so pleasant. Shame someone can potentially ruin it and turn away customers.
