I will think twice before using them again. Firstly booking in was difficult as they had got my name wrong. Secondly I was given the wrong number to dial when arriving back. Thirdly, when I eventually got my car I was not given the number for the barrier, which meant I had to leave the car at the barrier and go back into the building to get the number, the man behind the counter said did I not give it to you, no you did not and I think a course on manners would help.

First class. Quick easy booking process and same for check-in. Friendly cheery staff even at 5.00am. Return pick-up very efficient.

There was no problem finding the car park and the ease of checking in etc etc. The only problem was the massive potholes in the car park. It had been raining heavily whilst we were away and our car was parked next to a big pothole full of water,not ideal. Need to resurface. Apart from that o.k.

I have been using Flying Scot for years and never use any other car park at Edinburgh. The prices are excellent and so is the service. I have never had cause for complaint. The staff are good and very efficient. Speed of transfer has always been good too.

My only recommendation would be a map of the immediate area surrounding the car park would be a help. When I made my way towards the airport, I could not see any sign for Flying Scot. Maybe,because of the appalling weather on my approach to the airport, I missed it. If a map was printed with the letter confirming the booking, it would be helpful instead of the written instructions.
