Very prompt service - I haven't experienced any better, however the experience was tainted when they forgot to clean my vehicle which I had paid £30 for in advance. It must be noted that there was no problem in getting a refund.

Excellent service, was met on arrival and on return promptly, in fact the car was already at the meeting point when we got back to the car park on our return so no waiting at all!

Hello, I often use meet and greet and decided to use EPG for first time. The service was good other than it was disappointing to have to park the car in the car park for drop off and to have to pick the car up from car park (and in addition to having to pay the car parking fee). The other meet and greet companies I use meet on the drop off on the street (which is much better when you have lots of bags)
