Efficient friendly service. I was given printed directions due to motorway closures, and they were very helpful. Buses to go to terminal and return are frequent. Would recommend using this car park to others.

Clear instructions to get to the car park. Very efficient handling of entry and departure. Plenty of buses to and from the airport with helpful drivers. Clean and smart site.

First time using APH and everything went very smoothly. Their directions were helpful and parking car and transfer to and from airport was easy. Our flight was delayed on return and the driver informed us that the M23 had been closed but very kindly showed us an alternative route to the M25. Would certainly recommend using them to my friends and family.

I was using APH for first time and I was well impressed with their services. Parking area is well sigh posted, its in a new area with easy navigation where to leave and pick up your car. Personal was very efficient, both persons I was in contact with were smiling and helpful which in 3am (dropping the car) and around midnight (collecting car).

The car park was a little further from Gatwick than we expected however, when we arrived at the car park there was staff available to give instructions and directions. The whole process was swift and hassle free. The transfer was there waiting, even on our return we only had to wait a short time for the bus. The charge for the parking was very reasonable as we had a 16 seater. I would definitely use APH again.
