First time use of LSST was good. Access and parking easy. Cost reasonable. Security looked good. Change of number plate between booking and visit handled quickly on exit. Transfer buses / bus stops locations, good. Will use again.

When I arrived to the ticket desk they couldn't find my book. They said that this booking page didn't appear as a client for them. You have to print your voucher in case they request it.

I arrived to pick up my car at 1am on Thurs 18th July and when I put my ticket in machine (I had paid online when booked in Dec 2012) the machine said outstanding debt £192!! As you can imagine, I nearly collapsed! I went into the office and the chap checked my details online and said 'try this ticket as the machine is playing up'! Luckily, this worked but as the machine had requested my debit card, I wondered how many people go ahead and pay as they are worried about getting out of the car park?

Good, but we did have to wait for 25 minutes outside the Gatwick terminal as there were so many people also waiting. Perhaps you should consider more frequent buses at busy times.

Sorry but once again vehicle registration was not recognised on exit = get out and pay. Otherwise it was fine & the best price.
