Very good no problems with payments and getting out of the carpark. The only problem was at the airport when we came back we had trouble locating the bus stop, maybe it would be better if you could put this information on the e-mail confirmation.

Its a simple and fast and econonomical way of booking car parking at Gatwick Airport. I shall use this for the next time. Im a regular traveller and this is a deal!

Easy to book on line. Check into the car park was simple - the ticket printed had my car registration number on it. Quick transfer to terminal. Return was no problem once we found the Departure point for the bus. NB: NONE OF THE 5 IN MY PARTY SAW ANY SIGNS IN THE ARRIVALS AREA (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE) FOR THE LONG-TERM ON-AIRPORT PARKING RESULTING IN US WASTING A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME SEARCHING ON 2 LEVELS AND ASKING "OFFICIALS" FOR HELP). Once we found the bus, the procedure was simple and quick. [YOU WOULD HAVE HAD 5 IF THE SIGNAGE HAD BEEN BETTER]

Easy to find, buses frequent even at 5am! Short journey and dropped outside terminal doors. Brilliant and good for the money, as so close and quick.

Not bad, but no info on bus elctronic or verbal to where you are, eg which car park zone, etc, needs to be sorted.

Excellent experience, very easy to use and easy access to the terminal so no long transfers. Would use the service again next time i fly from LGW.
