All was ok except my ticket had cashier printed on it upon arrival, so I had a delay when returning because I had to visit the desk. Get the number plate recognition system sorted out!

So easy and convenient. Just remember to write the park letter and space, as well as bus stop on the back of your ticket. Jump on a bus and go.

Everything went really smoothly until I came to exit the carpark and the automated ticket machine did not recognise the fact that I had pre-paid for my stay, 5 minutes later after going to the kiosk to have my pre-payment clarified I was allowed to exit.

Everything was ok except the bus service back to the car. There did not seem to be sufficient buses to cope with the number of people returning. There were 3 of us, I decided to go to the car on my own leaving my 2 friends with bags at the terminal. The bus was so overcrowded. Everything else was fine.

Excellent! I managed to book the wrong car park, booked South then found out we were flying from North, this wasn't a problem i just called the number on the confirmation slip and he told me to park in the North car park then take the ticket to the attendent along with my payment receipt on my return, it wasn't a problem, it took 5 minutes to check out! Perfect outcome.

Easy to find - bus stop nearby - fast transfer and on return very easy to locate vehicle and exit car park.

Easy to find. Bus arrived within minutes. Journey time 5 mins. Return bus home was outside the arrivals point could not have been better. No problems with exiting with the ticket, barrier went straight up.

Hi I can't complain about the parking,but when I came to the exit,the ticket I had would not open the barrier,so I had to take my confirmation to the office,and get another ticket to allow me to exit,which was not very convenient.

Everything was fine, nice easy service. Only issue was my ticket wasn't registered to my car so had to go to the customer services office to get it all sorted out.
