Park and Go are the cheapest I have found and have used them on more than one occasion. Gatwick long stay parking is reliable and on-site.

Everything fine but registration not recognised, so had to go to the cashier to check out.

Parking the car and catching the shuttle bus were easy and efficient but when we arrived at exit, on departure, the ticket did not work. I had to go in and see the person on duty who said there was no record of my booking. I went back to the car to dig out the booking form and then he sorted the ticket quickly and told me it was just a faulty ticket. I never found out why he could not find my booking details. We were tired after a long flight and could have done without the delay. The car park is very close and convenient so I would probably still use them again but hope that we do not have a delay on departure in the future.

Car park excellent, bus service very fast and frequent. However on return I had to go to customer sevices and they were very suspicious of my booking. They claimed that they didnt know I was coming even though I had the printed booking form and confirmation that I had paid. Several people came to scrutinise my paperwork before issuing me with an exit ticket. I felt a bit like a criminal - no idea what Id done wrong?

Very good, but I have parked in the summer and the waiting times are not so good. Bus drivers could try to be more friendlier. But some customers are rude so I can't blame them.

It was all going so well, I parked the car and caught the bus without a problem and the same on the way back but when I got to the barrier to go home my ticket was not accepted and the reception had no knowledge of my booking at all. Fortunately I had brought two copies of the booking form with me so I could had one over to the reception and I finally the barrier was raised and I was able to go home!
