I was very satisfied with the service. After I rang them 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick, they were ready when I reached the short term car park. It was hassle free to hand over the keys and received a form. When I arrived back from my holiday, they came to the car park within 10 minutes of my phone call. The car was returned in a clean condition.
