My husband and I recently used the ParkSafe service. This was the first time we used this service as it was £20 cheaper than the provider we have used in the past. Although it wasn't as near the airport as other providers, it was easy to find and the staff were helpful and friendly. They now operate a 20 minute service which was not a problem. You telephone them using the freephone in the arrivals lounge and they let you know when the coach will collect you. As it happened the coach was waiting for us so we only waited about 5 minutes until it left. The driver was friendly and remarkably cheery considering the time of day, 4.30am! I would recommend them and would certainly use them again, providing they keep their prices competitive.

Use this facility several times every year, they are always the cheapest and pick up and drop off service prompt will continue to use.

I have used this car park twice in the last few months and all went smoothly. Easy to find. You get reasonable space to park. Transport prompt. Will use again in September.

Very good service. Picked up at car adn dropped again at car. No trying to manage your way to a cenral point. This is the second time of using the service and will use again on next hoilday.

Waited at the airport for almost 1 hour to get back to collect car. The bus that was waiting for us did not say "park safe" on it and it went without us. When I called back they said I should have went to all the 10 or so buses to ask if they were "park safe"

Superb service and very friendly. Picked up straight away at the airport and returned not just to the carpark but right to our car. Would definitely recommend and use again. THANK YOU!!

No problems finding Parksafe. Great service parked my car picked up immediately taken to airport. Coming back phoned the company bus arrived within 5 min. Great service will use again.

Pleasant enough staff, pretty efficient, no frills and straight forward enough. Called from the baggage claim at Glasgow Airport and once outside at the stop the bus arrived very soon after. By chance I think I was at the right stop, but the stops are exactly clear! But you can see the Carpark name on the bus as it pulls in. So satisfied and would probably use this service again.
