I use this Company all the time and they are reliable. This time, I had to wait 20 minutes for the car to arrive - a little longer than usual, but still okay.

On departure, the only hic-cup was that "5 Star" was busy so called to ask if we could delay our arrival. We could and only a short wait for the driver. On return, the car was delivered just after we arrived at the pick-up point.

Good collection and delivery, only thing that let them down was mud on my drivers car mat and inside door, would suggest a paper cover for floor mat like when you have a car service.
