The voucher said to meet their driver at the short term car park in Terminal 3 at Heathrow. When I called to say we were on our way, I was told to meet them in the drop off area in front of the terminal building. This caused a bit of confusion but it all worked out okay in the end. The car was well looked after and the staff were all very friendly. Would use them again.

Use Park & Go for both LGW and LHR and receive excellent service everytime. Used last on Wed 25 Sept and we were delayed but no issues, car ready and waiting for us as good communication from the company.

Very easy, prompt drop off and pick up and excellent value. Car a bit dirty on return but that’s hardly surprising as they keep them outside offsite. Otherwise all very good. Would recommend.

Having used 5 star meet and greet for the past 3-4 years, they are always excellent. Timely collection and delivery, and also very accommodating when your travel plans change and you find your departure or arrival time has changed. 5 star service.
