They were on site to collect the car as agreed, and didn't take too long on the return leg considering the traffic around Heathrow Airport was very heavy. Would definitely use again.

Generally good service. Kept us waiting for a short while at drop-off but were very prompt in returning the car when we arrived back at Heathrow. Car had only covered 4 miles between drop-off and return, so clearly their car park is very close.
