The pick up was appalling. They asked to be rung when we landed, which we did. We then, as requested, rang from baggage claim. They then said, '15 - 20 minutes' The male on the end of the telephone had a limited command of English and his information about where he was to meet us was unintelligible. He had to get a colleague to ring. Then, when we couldn't find him, he refused to answer his telephone. The worst service we have had from P&G.

We had to wait 25 minutes on arrival at Heathrow due to a car parked ahead of it in the offsite parking area having a flat battery. I don't mind waiting but to not be told that this was the issue is not good business and left waiting with no updates is not good business.

Eagle Parking did not have my booking in their system for the correct time although I had my confirmation which was correct. It took them nearly an hour to come to the terminal to meet us from the time of calling them. This was half an hour beyond the time that we had booked the meet for. I continually phoned and text them to ask where their driver was as we were left sat in our car outside the terminal where no waiting is allowed. They continually just advised they were very busy and the driver was on his way. Not a great start to our trip. On our return they were there with our car very promptly though.
