Terrible Called 30 minute before arrival. Had to wait in car park for another 40 minutes Just as bad on pick up. Called before we got our bags as we knew how bad it was before. Told it would be 20 minutes wait from time of call. 25 minutes went past - no car. Had to call 3 times to get an update. Was told they would call me back with an update but they didn’t. Also they went to level 5 and made us walk up from level 4 to meet them. The info sheet says meet on level 4!! I asked for a call from their management the next working day, that call never came. To add insult to injury the driver drove with no lights on the car although pick up was in the dark. Also took a pen from our car to use to sign it back over to us. Will never use this company again!

I used Eagle parking at Heathrow for a holiday in July/August 2019. A reliable, quick and easy service which I would definitely recommend. A very good competitive price and will use again Thank you Eagle parking for a stress free experience. 👍
