Security Measures

Park Mark award holder. All drivers have fully comprehensive insurance to drive your vehicle. The compound has High Perimeter Fencing with coded gates, CCTV and is Manned 24 Hours a day by Dog patrol. However, the cars are parked at owners own risk, subject to Terms and Conditions.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.

Arrival Procedure

Please call 30 min prior your arrival to airport (unless the driver called you).
Please see the detailed instructions for each Terminal on your voucher.

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.

Return Procedure

Please call us as soon as you can use mobile to confirm your LANDING.
Once you HAVE collected your LUGGAGE please call the driver on the number provided; please follow the return instructions on your voucher relevant to your terminal.
Please note: Once you call to confirm you are on the way to the CAR PARK, the driver will pay for 15 minutes wait.
You have to pay extra for any overstay.

Additional Information

Please note: cars cannot be collected before 4am. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. If you return earlier than your pre-booked date there is a £20 charge payable on return to the driver.
This car park only serves Terminals 2, 3 and 5.

Driving Directions

Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described on your voucher.
