Appalling service. Damaged the suspension on my car with their reckless driving (leaving me with an expensive repair bill). Failed to take any responsibility for this. Do not use.

I have used this service many times and the staff are always friendly - sometimes you have to wait at drop off and pick up for up to 20mins so best to give them as much warning of your arrival as possible. I will use again.

Communications between office and drop off driver was poor resulting us waiting for 40 minutes.
