Dropped car of to allocated area very early in the morning , team were there to take keys and explained what I had to do on my return. Called them when collected bags on return and car was there ready to be collected. I have used them before in the past 3 years , twice at Heathrow once at Gatwick. Both were good. Thank you team, will be using again next year.

Great service, easy to follow directions . Handed in keys when I arrived (although forgot to call 20 minutes beforehand) Smooth hand over. Nice and friendly people. Remembered to call the team when I returned and my car was ready waiting for me . Would definitely use them again. Thank you Park and Go

This is the first time I have used this service from Heathrow. Unfortunately, the instructions were not clear, we had a difficult time finding where we were to leave the car despite phone calls to the company, there was no signage to guide us. When picking the car up we had the same experience we were told the car was on its way after waiting in the cold for 15 minutes we eventually were able to speak to a representative of the company in the car park he was very vague he had no identification to say he was from the company. It was another car park man that informed us he then found our car parked it had been there all the time we had despite being told on the phone it was on its way. I always use Park And Go from Manchester Airport and have not experienced such poor service as i did at Heathrow.
