The initial meeting was wonderful because I found myself in the wrong area but the driver found me quickly. The wash and vac was also first class. On return I don't know what happened after I phoned to say I was ready. I waited for about half an hour and then phoned again. Finally I got away from the airport an hour after arrival very frustrated and cross.

I was supposed to get a call from the driver prior to arrival (4AM) to confirm meeting point. This didn't happen so I arrived at the terminal and spent 30 minutes trying to contact somebody on the 3 numbers I was given, only 1 number allowed me to leave a message. I was about to drive to Long term parking feeling very frustrated when the driver phoned me and admitted he had set his alarm for the wrong time. Luckily I had allowed ample time to check in. The return journey was a pleasure, the driver called me just as I collected my luggage and informed me where to meet him to collect my car. It's a pity the first driver spoilt the experience as I think the service with wash and vac is great value for 3 weeks parking.

The car was picked up and delivered back to me all very smoothly. The hardest part of the process was knowing exactly where to wait for the drop off and pick up, but the team were very helpful on the phone.
