Easy to find, super close and easy access to Terminal 5. Speedy collection times...sometimes don't answer the phones, but otherwise all good and recommended!

I had booked with another company only to learn the day before of their shocking reviews so looked around for a company with fantastic reviews and that proved much harder than I expected. Thankfully I came across ParkXpert Meet and Greet via Park & Go who had amazing reviews about their service. I wasn't disappointed as everything was so smooth and simple both dropping off and collecting my car. Great service and competitive prices, and I would HIGHLY recommend them and will be using again :0)

Easy way to park your car for the holiday. Only downside is the need to call up about 30 minutes before arrival. I was on my own in the car, on the motorway with no services within 15 miles to stop at before getting in to Heathrow, so that was a bit of a problem. Otherwise, very good and convenient service. Competitive price. Definitely recommend it.

The contact with the Park & Go office before the drop off was brilliant. All queries dealt with swiftly and professionally. Unfortunately the drop off was dreadful. We stated 4am and called 30 minutes before as requested but despite 3 calls whilst at the drop off area, the driver didn’t turn up until 4.25am. He originally said that he hadn’t even heard of ParkXpert before and then found my paperwork. He never checked over my car, just took my car keys from me and that was it. I wasn’t entirely convinced about leaving my keys with him but didn’t have a choice. The return wasn’t much better as it took well over 45 minutes for the car to be returned but to be fair, there was a problem with the car park and no parking valets could get through. It was a struggle to get out of the car park too.
