Excellent service at Heathrow from Terminals Parking Meet & Greet, the driver was waiting for us when we arrived and the car was waiting for us when we returned. Couldn't have been easier. Due to flight changes times had to be changed and Park and Go were extremely helpful and sorted everything without question. I have used them now for our last few journeys and will continue to do so.

Very dubious when booking, you hear so many bad things on line theses day. Easy to booked, on arrival, was told to park and hand my key over, still wasn't sure, 🤔, but no issues, on return I contacted them as requested, and was advised where our car was waiting for us, with in minutes of coming through customs, we were in our car, driving home. Really good, no problems and had no reason to worry. A company which did what they promised, Thank you Park & Go, would definitely book through you again. 👍👍

Excellent service- collected on time and delivered back within 15 minutes of collecting our luggage by a very polite and helpful driver Johnson. And very competitive price - thanks.

Great service. I realised on the way to the airport at 6am in the morning that I had booked the wrong day for drop off, but I called them in the way to the airport and they were there to take the car and were very helpful. Also there when we picked up the car with no waiting. Excellent service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Especially as we arrived on an earlier flight and hadn’t warned them. They were ready and waiting at 4.30am to receive our call and collect the car.

Smooth collection and pick up. The whole process didn’t take long and was hassle free.

The experience was very good, until the final part. We phoned from the baggage area, left a message as no answer, waited half an hour at drop off zone. Then phoned again, this time someone picked up and he was there in 20 minutes. Shame as I would have scored 5 if that hadn’t of happened.
