Service was generally good. Easy to arrange through Park and Go. Have used Terminals Parking before - drop off was relatively smooth but despite calling as instructed on both landing and bag collection - had to wait for car to be delivered. Company quotes a 15 minutes wait but despite being late evening and not near rush hour - wait was over 30 minutes. Disappointing.

We regularly use meet and greet and have found Terminals Parking, Heathrow to be efficient and reliable. They will take around 20 minutes to arrive from when you exit customs. Will use again.

Brilliant service. Very helpful staff even came and collected my car from the drop off bay rather than the car park, when I inadvertently got in the wrong lane. Very impressed.

Booking was quick and easy. Entry and exit into the short stay car park where the car hand over occurs was included. The handovers went smoothly. Would highly recommend Terminals Parking Meet and Greet.
