Really disappointed that when we phoned and came through the terminal after collecting our bags, it took over 35 minutes for the car to arrive. Apparently there was a traffic jam, but nobody thought to call us to let us know in advance or to time it so they were likely to arrive on time to meet us.

Excellent service! Representative was waiting for us on arrival so that was a very smooth handover. On return, there was a slight delay in returning the car due to congestion in the Heathrow approaches and tunnel but we were called to keep us up to date. Will definitely use again.

Competitively priced & v.good service & v.short wait time both sides. Accommodating on the fact that passport control coming back to the UK is a nightmare & long delays. Would use again.

Good service on the phone. Quick in and out the airport. The car had only 7 miles more on the clock (the last 2 companies did 100 and 300 miles!) Totally recommended.
