Can't rate them enough these guys are so professional, they told me to ring 20 minutes before and they were bang on time both times, the car was exactly how i left it, also very friendly. Can't ask for more.

Good meet and greet, although would prefer quicker return when landed. Not dreadful but we waited 22 minutes in car park, which is too long.

Very good service. Someone was there to meet us. Short wait when we arrived back but it was less than the 20 minutes that I was told we had to wait. Would use again in fact looking to book at Gatwick for our next holiday in September.

I've used the meet and greet service for many years and I have to say ‘Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet’ is one that I will NOT be using again. I was asked to call as soon as I had landed and then again when I had got my luggage, on the 2nd call I was told "it would take 25mins to bring my car as they were coming from Terminal 3". So what was the point of calling as I landed. It's the longest I have had to wait and makes a farce of the meet & greet service.
