No problems. 2nd time we have used Park and Go. Details about how to get out of car park need to be updated on website though. We spent ages last year trying to find a non-existent kiosk. Remembered this year but web site STILL shows that customers have to visit a kiosk. Don't bother looking for it people, drive to the barrier and put your ticket in the machine!

arrival was excellent found a space very close to the terminal. On my departure the ticket would not let me out say ing i owed £82-00 because i had not kept my booking ref as i did not think i would need it any more it took 10 mins before they would release me my only reference was my car regitration.So my advice is keep your booking ref as like any one else they are not perfect

Parked for 14 days, good value for money. Just 2 concerns, can b a little frustrating driving around looking for space and confusion as to whether you should go to Customer Service to validate ticket on arrival back. ANSWER....If you purchased in advance, your ticket will show car reg number and also booking ref number. As it states on reverse of ticket, there is no need to validate the tckt, just present it into the machine and the barrier will lift. On arrival at the barrier, there were 3 cars who couldnt get out...dont know why that should be. I had no problem.

Used Long-stay car park last week. Absolutely great - no hassle at all - smooth running all the way. This is the second time we have used this park and it won't be the last.Highly recommended.

very convenient and fairly priced. instructions need to be clearer as to where you validate your ticket upon leaving. The print out said the ticket office was opposite the yellow submarine. But it was not. I had to ask security and it was located at the foot of the multi-storey car park.

I have used this car park a couple of times and in the past was very pleased. This time however it took me 2 trips back to the kiosk to find out why my ticket wouldnt let me out. The man in the kiosk was a little impatient and ended up having to raise the barrier for me.My flight landed 20 minutes early but it made no difference as it took me half an hour to get out of the car park. On this occassion i wasnt very pleased and not sure if i would use it again.
