Your car will be parked for you for the duration of your trip with CCTV and 24 hour patrol.

Transfer Information

No Transfers required.

Arrival Procedure

Customers required to telephone 20 minutes before their arrival time (if arrival time is 07:00 please call us at 06:40).

On arrival, drive to the Airport Short Stay Car Park, which is located at extreme left barrier, collect a ticket and drive into the car park.
One of our member of staff will meet you and get the car.

An additional fee of £20.00 may be incurred if customer is anything between 20-40 minutes late, after which the booking will be automatically cancelled without refund.

Return Procedure

Please telephone us once you land and so we can ensure your car is at the Terminal Car Park.

Please note there will be a £7.00 Car Park exit fee.

Additional Information

Restriction: Normal saloon/transit van sized vehicles accepted.
Customers are required to pay £7.00 to exit the short term car park.

Driving Directions

Follow signs to London City Airport where you will be met in the Short Stay Car Park.

Please call 20 minutes prior to arriving at the airport. There is a maximum wait of 15 minutes in the Short Stay Car Park.

On Return: Call once you have landed and your vehicle will be returned to the Short Stay Car Park. There is a maximum waiting of 15 minutes.

CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY £7.00 TO EXIT THE SHORT TERM CAR PARK.
