Fantastic service. Really takes the stress away from travelling with children when you can just park and walk 5 minutes into the airport. The team were great and were extremely helpful even though we were late on departing and arriving. 10 out of 10, would use again.

Our instructions said we didn't need to call if we were on time and to go to car park 1. when we got there, it was closed. neither of the two numbers on our booking form were responding. ended up calling the main booking line and someone explained that CP 1 was closed and that we should proceed to CP 2, which we did. on arrival there was no-one there so a chap from another meet & greet company, helped us. By this time we had driven round the airport twice, trying to get hold of someone so we were concerned and a little panicked by the time we reached level 3 row b in CP 2. This made us late through the airport check-in and security and made me late for a work teams call I had to join. We ended up not being able to have anything to eat. Not a great start to our few days away. On the return, I called the numbers provided as soon as we had our luggage. It took us 10 minutes to make our way from the terminal to the CP 2 Level 3, Row B. Our car was not there, and we waited a further 20 minutes before it arrived. I would use the service again based on proximity to the terminal but feel that the on-the-ground service was lacking.

Excellent service - our first at Luton and way better than similar providers at LGW and LHR. Speedy, friendly, all in good order. Recommend!

Outward journey was very effecient and on time. Coming back the car delivery was half after the request time. Not nice when it's late, cold and you just want to get home.
