Security Measures

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected, it is driven to a nearby secure compound with CCTV. The yard is fully secure and is insured, and further is manned 24 hours a day. Here your car will remain until your return.

Transfer Information

You will be met in designated Meet and Greet area in Short Stay car park, therefore transfers are not required. The walk from Short Stay car park to Terminal takes approx 2-3 min (300m).

Arrival Procedure

If you do NOT receive a call, please call Drive Fly Luton Meet and Greet when you are 15-20 minutes away from the terminal so we can arrange a driver for you.

Upon arrival to Luton airport
Please follow signs to the MULTI STORY CARPARK Level 3, you will find allocated parking bays marked "Meet and Greet"
One of the Drive Fly Luton Meet and Greet representatives will be awaiting you wearing an orange hi-vis jacket.

Return Procedure

Please call Drive Fly Luton Meet and Greet once you have collected all your luggage. In case of any delays please let us know.
* The chauffeur will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.
