The service is very good, convenient and punctual but the staff’s greeting manner could do with some improvement. It was very busy and chaotic when we were handing out the car so that may have been the reason for it.

I’ve used this service many times, the staff are good and friendly, my only issue is on the return to car park, you have to wait approximately 10 minutes for your car to arrive back even though you have called them once you have collected your baggage, not a problem in the summer but in the winter it is freezing cold, would recommend though.
