Security Measures

The car parking compound is surrounded by a perimeter fence and monitored by 24 hour CCTV coverage. An onsite security guard is also present. Express Meet and Greet Luton is registered with Companies House and all drivers are CRB checked and fully insured.

Transfer Information

You will be met in Short Stay car park outside the terminal building by a driver, therefore transfers are not required. The walk from Short Stay car park to Terminal takes approx 5-7 min.

Arrival Procedure

1. Please call Express Meet and Greet when you are 30 minutes from the airport - if you are running earlier or later than the time on your booking form you need to inform us. Please do not arrive at the airport without advance notice.

2. Park in the Short Term car park in the Off-site Meet and Greet area - you'll need to press for a ticket at the barrier.

3. Pull into a bay and hand your ticket to the Meet and Greet driver. They will check the mileage and note any damage on the paperwork which you will sign.

4. Follow signs to the terminal - it's about a 5-7 minute walk.

Return Procedure

Please call Express Meet and Greet when you are ready to exit the Terminal. Your driver will bring your car back to the Short Term car park while you make your way outside.

Additional Information

This meet and greet service also includes exterior wash and wax, interior vacuumed, dashboard polished, door shuts cleaned, windows cleaned in and out, plus tyre dressing. This car park does not operate between midnight and 0400hrs. The earliest you can be met is 0400hrs.
