Security Measures

Your car is stored in a secure car park located just 4 miles from the Airport. The car parking compound is enclosed with security fencing and monitored by CCTV and security guards 24 hours a day. All drivers are CRB checked and fully insured with full Public Liability Car Jockey Insurance Policy From Tradex Insurance Group.

Transfer Information

You will be met in Short Stay car park by a driver, therefore transfers are not required. The walk from Short Stay car park to Terminal takes approx 3-5 min (300m)

Arrival Procedure

Please call 15 minutes prior to arrival at airport to inform of your impending arrival time so the driver will be despatched to meet you at Short Stay car park.
You must hand car keys only to your driver, please do not leave any other keys with the driver.

Strict airport regulations mean that our drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in Meet and Greet area of Short Stay car park. Please note you will be required to pay any fees inccurred due to overstay.

Please NOTE: If you are arriving over 20 minutes earlier or later than indicated on the booking voucher you may be asked to wait in MID TERM Car Park free drop off area first.
Your driver will then call you when ready to meet you and collect your car from Short Stay car park designated Meet and Greet area.

Return Procedure

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the driver to let him know that you are ready to take your car, and the driver will bring the car to Short Stay car park designated Meet and Greet area.
Please NOTE you will need to pay 1.00 Short stay car park fee.
Strict 10 minute waiting time in the Meet and Greet zone of Short Stay car park, therefore it is essential that you do not call your driver until you are on your way.

Please check your car and sign the driver's dockit that you are happy with it’s condition only after an actual inspection.
Driver may ask to see your ID to make sure that we are returning the right car to the right person.

Additional Information

Please NOTE, you will need to pay 1.00 to exit Short stay; additional charges apply for overstaying 10 min.
You will need 1.00 to pay the car park exit fee.
