Well the people working there are pretty nice and they do a good job of getting you to and from the airport. My problem was associated with the airline and the ensuing calamity. We live 25 miles from the airport, so we left 2 1/2 hours early to make our flight. A three car accident delayed us, which made us miss our check in time by 5 minutes. So we rebooked and went back to the parking area. They told us it would be a new reservation and would cost £25, so after being screwed by the airline, they decided we didn't get screwed enough. They could of been caring and not charged us but they went with greed. I will not use them again and I will not recommend them.

Of course you have to allow yourself a little more time when you park a ten minute shuttle ride away from the airport, but Paige Airport Parking could not have provided a more pleasant personal and value-for-money experience. Keep up the good work!

Very well organised had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be taken to the airport and were waiting for us once arrived back at airport. Would use again!

The best park and ride we have used, the staff were very friendly and most hopeful, we rang when we had our luggage came out to meet the bus, only waited about 2 mins. The driver both ways were very pleasant, thank you for great service.

The customer service was very good. My negative point is the car park is far away from the airport ( more than 15 min). If you are on hurry I didn't recommend. For a long time journey with time to check in, is perfect.

Excellent friendly service provided at Paige Airport Parking. Tea and coffee available whilst you wait for the transfer shuttle. only a very short wait at airport for the pick-up coach. Felt the car was in a safe and secure car park and very convenient for the M1.

I think that the service that you provided at Paige Airport Parking is the best I have ever seen. When I arrived at the destination at your car park I was greeted by a gentleman and lady to be made feel very welcome. I was offered a cuppa tea or any drink while I waited but I didn't have time. This is a newly set up business and it feels like you are part of the family when using this car park. I phoned the office when my flight had landed and the bus was with me in no time to take me back where my car was waitibng on me. I would certainly recommend Paige to anyone wanting to park in a safe and secure car park as I certainly will be in the near future.
