Security Measures
Your car is stored in a secure car park located less than a mile from the Airport. The car parking compound is enclosed with security fencing and monitored by CCTV and security guards 24 hours a day. All drivers are fully insured with full Public Liability Insurance Policy From Tradex Insurance Group.
Transfer Information
You will be met in designated Meet and Greet area in Short Stay car park, therefore transfers are not required. The walk from Short Stay car park to Terminal takes approx 2-3 min (300m).
Arrival Procedure
Please call our team of chauffeurs around 20 minutes before you arrive at Luton airport.
On arrival, you will be met by one of our chauffeurs. The chauffeur will show you an ID and paperwork for your car before you leave and then they will take your car to our secure compound.
Please note only 10 minutes is allowed at Meet and Greet zone of Short Stay car park.
Return Procedure
On your return, please call our chauffeur whilst waiting to collect your luggage, and your car will be returned to you at the collection point at Short Stay car park.
