Brilliant Service. Person was at airport waiting for me, and only waited a few minutes after phoning (once return flight had landed) for them to return car (I have used other meet & greet services in the past, which were more expensive, but nowhere near as prompt). Will definitely be using again.

The experience started off with a bit of a nightmare as we arrived to the airport and no one was picking up on the number we were advised to dial. We called several times (initially 20 minutes away, and including whilst at the airport, not sure where we should be going). Finally we called the head office in York and were advised someone will call us. Called again after 10 minutes and advised that there was an accident and that the driver will not be able to make it to pick up our car. Obviously these things happen and that's not a problem, but 30 minutes of not knowing what's going on is not pleasant when you have three small children and need to catch a flight. Communications should have been better. That said from that point on things changed. We were initially advised to park "somewhere" and that we will be able to claim back any expense from Park and Go on our return. I was not that pleases with this because that meant we will be out of pocket several hundred pounds on our return and then have to start chasing a company for that sum. Not the ideal return. However I think my dissatisfaction was evident in my tone because 5 minutes later I was advised that the head office will be pre-booking us a space and that I should just hold on until further notice. 10 minutes later I was advised to proceed to a specific car park, and was notified by text and email that a booking has been placed in our name at the long term car park at the airport. The person in the head office stayed on the line all the way until I was in the car park and I must say really did turn the whole experience around. On our return we just had to refer to the booking and no further payment was required. Overall I was very concerned upon arrival but was reassured by the head office that they really are going to sort things out for us. 4 for commitment and customer service. Would have been 5 but the initial 30 minutes of trying to figure out what we are going to do if no one picks up, and lack of communications initially, really stressed us out, and we were early for once!

My parking was booked for 4.15 am but the car was not picked up until 4.35 am which meant we had to drive around for 20 mins I tried to call 30 mins before we arrived as instructed but there was no reply it went to an answer phone when eventually someone answered they said to drive around until they got there. On our return journey we had to wait 45 mins before the car was delivered our flight was on time and we called as instructed. This was s terrible service which I would not use again or recommend
