Delay on meeting so much so that we were being hassled by the airport staff to move on. Also delay on collection. This was not the usual "meet and greet experience" we know and the £4.00 to get out was an unwelcome surprise.

Brilliant service - on our return our car wouldn't start however the driver came and picked us up and drove us to our car and helped us get it going with a jump start!! What more could you ask for.

Have always been pleased with the service in the past but this time was a disaster. Was kept waiting for a collection driver for 35 minutes at the airport, despite phoning them when I was 1/2 hour away. Couldn't contact them on either phone number as was either not answered or engaged. Made 37 calls in total and was 1 minute away from being moved on by the security staff at the drop-off area. On our return we waited in freezing conditions for 28 minutes, only to be phoned and told that our car wouldn't start and they were not coming for a further 1/2 hour. When the car did eventually arrive we were surprised to see the thick snow was still on the bonnet, as they said they had to jump start it from another vehicle. WONT USE AGAIN - VERY POOR SERVICE. p.s. Guess this review won't make your website

Good front end service and communication. Had to wait 30 minutes longer for car pick up than stated and car was very dirty. Overall okay.

Very good service. Did not wait long for my car to be collected when arriving at the airport and a short time when they dropped it back off to me when I arrived home. I would definitely use again and I would recommend to others.

I feel we had very bad service when car was collected at airport very late when eventually arrived driver was rude and said it was our fault, we rang 20 minutes before. When arrived back the car was filthy which I commented to driver. Washed yesterday and big scratch on back bumper. We have used Eazypark previously, very very disappointing.
