Great service will use again did not have to wait long to bring car back to us.

We have used this company at least twice a year for years and recommend them to everyone. This time was different last couple of times we have stood outside at the airport usually after being in a hot climate to get frozen waiting for our car to be returned. Last week it was over an hour and the worst was that the call handler kept telling us the car was definitely on its way, it was blatantly untrue as we had seen the same driver while we were stood outside picking up a car. The excuse was the website had been hacked and they had to wait for everyone to ring as they did not know whose car was required etc. If he had said there was a problem with drivers which it seems was the real problem we would have gone inside and had a coffee. The drop off has also deteriorated, with us rushing to get through security because of late pick ups. Sorry we will have to find a new supplier. No real apology which should have included an offer of refund for our wait, I am now full of a cold which I put down to being stood in the cold for so long.

Not a very reliable service. Kept waiting where we were told to park but had to be kept moving on by security. Then on returning home we ended up waiting 25 minutes for our car to be brought to us. Rather chaotic so won't use them again.

Absolutely great il never use jet parks again this service was mint better than i ever thought it would be made are journey a lot easier would definitely recommend this service thanks.

Didn't know what to expect as its the first time I've used this service but would fully recommend it, no hassle just two phone calls, was probably waiting 15 mins each way to get picked up and receive my car but if settle for that each time would highly recommend.

Excellent service, drivers were punctual when collecting and returning my car. Drivers were also extremely polite. Great service, reasonable price, I will not hesitate to use Easy Park in the future.

I have previously used Meet and greet at Manchester Airport and was pleased with the service. However on this occasion on departure I was waiting 25 minutes to be met and have my car collected from me.
