Excellent, friendly customer service from both of the guys I met. However, was highly upset to see the amount of mud/dirt left on my carpet and even all over the plastic sides of the door! Don't understand how they could have got so much dirt in.

This is the third time we have used this service and it was priced competitively. Why bother parking the car yourself. I'll choose Meet & Greet every time

I was kept waiting for 45 minutes at the terminal and was worried that I would miss my plane. The pick up after the flight was fine but the arrival initially was terrible and worrying.

Disappointed this time. Had to wait 20 minutes for my car as told no drivers available. When car arrived driver apologised for lateness due to car frozen up. Thought the idea of giving arrival time would assist in such matters and defrost early once checked on arrival time... Just a thought!
