I find Manchester aiport quite intimidating these days. It is now very big and I find negotiating around quite challenging. That said I struggled to find the car park, I went the night before to find the location, the sat nav couldn't cope with the road layout. Once I found it it was easy, the buses could have been a bit more frequent, it was very wet and there were a lot of puddles. Overall it served its purpose okay.

Had to 'time-shift' by a day, our origional booking due to loss of TC holiday. The re-booking was handled brilliantly by Park & Go, however on arrival, despite being in possession of the revised voucher, Jetparks did not have our updated booking times causing confusion & delayed entry. The car park itself was busy and the only available spaces were in flooded areas of ground requiring off-loading cases & passengers, then parking and trying to escape a soaking of shoes/socks. Considering the money they are making the facility is poor. (Bus service was fine).

On arrival, the entire car park was flooded, meaning that there was no place to park where you would not get wet feet exiting the car. We then had to wait more than 30 minutes for a bus. The return experience was much better, the bus came after only a few minutes, driver was friendly and the car park had dried out. Although the outbound gate was out of order, so I could drive straight out without my number plate being scanned. Which is a lesser level of security than I expected.

Easy to book online and quick and smooth parking and not long to wait for bus to drop off at terminal. Will definitely use again.

Well located and easy to find. Bus to airport came within less than ten minutes, both to and from the airport, Only slight criticism is car park isn’t tarmac, only hardcore so bit messy in wet weather and hard to drag suitcase over the stones.
