Excellent carpark and service at a very competitive price.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Straight forward to use. However I recommend that you make a note on your mobile of the bus stop number on which you embark your journey. I was surprised how many people on our bus had either not taken any notice of the number or had just forgotten the number. The bus stops in the car park are very clearly marked. Happy travels.

Used a few times before and as in previous times no problems. Arrived at car park and waited 5mins for bus to airport. On return bus was pulling up as we came out of terminal.

Easy to find,close to the airport,and lots of spaces, i always use jet park 3.

To be fair its a good service easy to use, not too expensive and convenient. I have used jet parks for a number of years with no issues.

I was a bit disappointed that when I arrived at the gates our registration was not recognised and I had to use the call point to get someone to open the barrier. But overall a good car park and would use this again.

Very crowded but a timely pick up. The disappointing thing for me was that I had made a phone call to you changes my flight and vehicle number but had to contact your operator via the phone to both get in and get out of the car park. A simple request made but your man at the end of the phone couldn't be bothered to update the details of the booking as requested.

The bus transferring to the airport was overcrowded and unsafe with standing passengers holding on to their luggage. Couldn't fault the return journey though.
