Number plate wasn't recognised on the way in or on the way out which caused a little delay on the way in. Your bus drivers are superb; very helpful and very polite.

Booked over a week in advance with Park & Go for Jetparks 3 at Manchester. No number plate recognition, no bar code to scan on P&G invoice. Had to use help intercom. Jetparks no record of our booking, but they let us in. Same hassle getting out again. Not happy or impressed !

When we arrived the booking wasn't on the system, but luckily we were let in and told to ring up Park and Go and sort it out which we did. When we left the barrier would not raise for us and we had to press the help button to speak to someone who then let us out.

Everything was fine, but there seemed to be confusion over our paperwork, souring the experience. Would use you again, however.

Facilty was excellent , well structured but unfortunately I had to pay an additional £10 at the exit gate when leaving as my flight had been delayed , which obviously was not my fault. I had, as far as I was concerned up until midnight on July 13th but due to me being over the estimated time of arrival that I had put on the original booking I incurred a penalty fee, which I consider very harsh, indeed. Facilities like this should take into account flight delays.

I have two comments. Firstly the Registration reader on the gate did not recognise our car ( we did go in the car we registered with), so this took time both on the way in and way out getting in an our of the barrier. Secondly we parked in V11 but wasnt aware that we had to take note of our bus stop number aswell as this number. it took us 30 mins at midnight to find the car! everything else was great!

Number plate not recognized on entry had to wait and give booking ref which they had no details of then give car registration number still no details eventually entered and parked. Same problem on return. Also waited over 25 mins for shuttle back to car park.

Bus service efficient with clean/tidy buses. But a longish transfer to airport, made worse by roadworks, moving from terminal to terminal seemed to take ages. A very competitive price makes this bearable, but would consider paying more for closer airport location or meet/greet next time. The booking was not recognised when arriving at gate, office on the intercom did not recognise booking number or car reg, a long queue of frustrated cars queued up behind me, eventually resolved when a member of staff turned up and verified the booking was correct by reading the booking in my hand rather than choosing to disbelieve me over the radio.

On arrival we was asked for a bar code or token of which we had did not have either on pressing the intercom the person on the other end was very faint you could hardley hear him when we got in findig a parking space was a problem other than that everything else was fine

We were unable to get through the gate as there was no record of our booking. On making enquiries to Park and Go I was told that bookings made at weekend were sometimes missed off the system! We were allowed to enter eventually but on return we had to ask for help to get out! I would not use Park and Go again. The car park itself was busy and it was difficult to find a space- roadworks in the area did not help a speedy transfer to the airport- all in all, it was not a good experience.
